Who we are:
John M. Denooyer. Proprietor
A native Northwesterner, John has lived in
Seattle since 1988.
He
earned his degree in mathematics at the UW, and moved into programming. Now running
a web business, he also does freelance writing, and advocacy work. An avid reader,
especially of history.
While a programmer, John realized that much of the new technology was unnecessarily
complicated. John started his company in the hope that he could make a contribution
to assembling web sites which are easy to use.
The Hoover
John says the last good book he read was Ironweed, by William
Kennedy.
Although his Mom currently lives in
Bellingham
, his parents emigrated from the
Netherlands
in 1955, giving John numerous relatives to visit there. He also has one brother
in
Bellingham
, and another in
Los Angeles.
